Miss Tourism International 2013: Angeli Dione Gomez (Philippines)
Finally the new winner of Miss Tourism International 2013/2014 a Cebuana from Philippines Angeli Gomez, will arrive on Tuesday. As her kababayans (fellow countrymen) excited for her homecoming after successfully vying the crown.
It’s a first time in history that the Philippines won back to back of the said competition. But Rizzini Alexis Gomez failed to turn over the crown to Angeli Dione Gomez, both from Cebu but they are not related to eachother. Because at that day of the final competition in Malaysia, dated December 31, 2013, Rizzini is not feeling well just stayed in the hotel watching in television of what’s happening in the ceremony.
Mayenne Vijandre of the Mutya ng Pilipinas Inc. said that Gomez will expects a warm welcome from her kababayans and officials headed by the President of Mutya ng Pilipinas Inc. Jacqueline Tan.
Angeli Gomez as Vijandre said will attend tv appearances, courtesy call from Malacanang and a victory parade that will be held in Cebu City at the hometown of Angeli.
